The tour to the “telescopic warehouse” begins from the upper gangway, with a birdseye view of the production process, understanding its complexity, and appreciating all elements involved. This activity is designed to help you quickly understand the wine industry in an experimental boutique winery by seeing how everything happens. Finally, you will be able to enjoy our best wines in the tasting room.
Harvest experience
Embark on a journey through our vineyards guided by our experts, who will share the harvest philosophy and provide the opportunity to participate in a recreational harvest. After exploring the winery and understanding its production line, you will head to the Reservoir to enjoy the classic grape stomping, an emblematic tradition of the harvest. Following this, delight in a cheese pairing with Casa de Uco's complete wine portfolio. This sensory experience concludes with the authentic flavor of Mendocinian empanadas, seamlessly blending with the richness and complexity of our Malbec. We invite you to be part of this unique journey where tradition merges with oenological excellence.
Lunch in los chañares
This activity is ideal for connecting with nature. Los Chañares is a secluded natural reserve on our property but is remotely located in the middle of the wild.The journey begins with a 45-minute horseback ride, where you’ll take in the fresh air and incredible Uco Valley views. When you arrive, one of our cooks will be waiting for you with a delicious lunch made Casa de Uco style.
Picnic gourmet
On a wild deck you can enjoy a gourmet proposal with the best view of the Cordillera and the Uco Valley, surrounded by the native flora and fauna of the place located in the ecological reserve on property, “Los Chañares”.
Cooking class
Discover the secrets of Argentine cuisine with an outdoor cooking class using the seasonal products that are found in our garden and prepare them by practicing the first cooking method discovered by our early ancestors: fire. At the end of the class you will be able to taste each of the cooked dishes paired with our variety of wines.
Blending session
Learn how to create your very own personalized wine! During this activity you work alongside a sommelier to learn about the wine blending process. Here, in the wine cellar of the resort, we begin a Profile Testing to taste two di erent styles of wines and understand the preference of each guest. After, we taste four components to begin to see the blending possibilites, and decide upon its final composition. From there, we simulate a “Wine Plan”, just like we do with our Private Vineyard Owners.This activity culminates with a recently blended bottle of wine, along with its cork, so that guests can take it home and share their<br /> one-of-a-kind creation with family and friends.
